the location was really convenient near the station. the staff was helpful with directions around town. my room was clean and had fresh towels daily.

the bed was too soft for my liking. the elevator made some strange noises, it worried me. there were long queues for breakfast, i didnt eat there.

Check-in was smooth and cute. The room size was generous, and it included all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with sufficient supplies. I enjoyed Drakes bar, a relaxing space. I found the entrance and communal areas excellent.

The window did not open widely, which affected fresh air circulation.

the staff was so helpful when i needed something. the hotel location next to the train station PROVED invaluable. i enjoyed the comfortable bed in my room. the spaciousness of my room ADDED to the quality of my stay.

the bar looked shabby. it requires some upkeep to reach the same level as the rest of the hotel.

the location suited my needs perfectly, close to transport links. my standard single room had a kettle with tea and coffee. i found the front desk staff efficient upon arrival. parking was available at a reasonable cost for the area.

i noticed the shower didn't deliver hot water reliably in the mornings. i found the second set of towels hidden inside the wardrobe. clearly, the hotel could benefit from updating certain aspects.
